Bid 2 NoTrump. The jump is not forcing but highly invitational.   You can count on likely two stoppers in clubs.  You do not promise stoppers in all the other suits - partner is supposed to have those.  Don’t be too worried about the play as you have a good idea where all the missing high cards are.
